Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
- Partner with sales teams to develop RFP responses, design concepts, and budgets.
- Anticipate and resolve potential design or installation challenges.
- Lead with a client-first mindset, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Skills & Experience
- Professional degree from a CIDA-accredited Interior Design Program.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; experience with ProjectMatrix, Adobe InDesign, Bluebeam, and SketchUp is a plus.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and technical expertise.
- Proven experience managing the full design process—concept through installation—on commercial furniture projects.
- A growth-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving, and staying current on product knowledge.
