- Oversee construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and contractor coordination.
- Mentor junior architects while maintaining design excellence and technical quality throughout every phase.
Skills and Experience
- Architect with 6 years of professional experience, including education project experience.
- Strong expertise in construction documentation, detailing, and building systems.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate consultants across multiple disciplines.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit with knowledge of building codes, permitting, and construction administration.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
