Key Responsibilities:
- Identify strategic opportunities with property owners, government entities, and institutional clients through multiple channels, including RFP platforms, LinkedIn, and targeted prospect lists.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives.
- Develop and present proposals that clearly communicate the firm’s value proposition, while refining go-to-market strategies based on market insights.
- Collaborate with leadership to evolve business development strategies and drive accountability through reporting on KPIs, revenue targets, and conversion rates.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns, create compelling collateral, and support branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development efforts and maintain awareness of industry trends.
Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within property management or real estate development markets.
- Strong understanding of large-scale projects, including government and institutional work.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce), marketing analytics, and design tools (InDesign, Photoshop).
