Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and their families in a warm and welcoming manner, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Verify patient information, prepare charts and medical records, and maintain accurate records
• Schedule appointments, exams, and procedures, and ensure timely and efficient patient flow
• Communicate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Imaging Department
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in imaging or reception
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance billing procedures
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
