Key Responsibilities
Mail & Distribution Operations
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, and hand-delivered items)
- Prepare and process outgoing mail, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch
- Manage package tracking and delivery notifications
- Digitize incoming documents and manage electronic processing
- Operate and maintain document management systems
- Ensure compliance with records handling and confidentiality standards
- Assist with copying, scanning, subpoenas, and court filings
- Support attorneys and legal teams with exhibits and trial materials
- Coordinate deliveries to courthouses, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mailroom
- Track inventory and distribute office supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of mailroom and delivery activity
- Oversee and support the Support Services Assistant
- Ensure service excellence for all internal stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
