Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Track and manage various payment methods efficiently
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion
- Adapt quickly and effectively to various software programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support accounting and finance functions
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to address invoice inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment processing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, insurance, finance, or a closely related field
- Experience in construction or manufacturing industries strongly preferred
- Dependable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
