Sales Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assists in training of sales staff as deemed necessary by District Manager
• May complete review sheets on sales staff during ride alongs.
• Assists Management to ensure execution of “Pizza 101” program throughout assigned district or region
• Supports routes by providing coverage of sales staff within districts and/or region for time off as needed
• Completes planograms and resets for accounts as specified
• Develops new accounts and able to understand and fill in for every position within district.
• Directly manages retail accounts which included conducting monthly business reviews with customers
• Stride towards achieving sales and contribution goals
• May assist with creating planograms and resets within district as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must maintain valid CDL with air brake certification.
• Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
• Organization and time management skills required
• Must be able to life 20-50lbs
