Work Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (standard business hours)

Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000

Overview:

Our client is a privately held real estate investment and property management organization focused on managing and operating a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential assets. The company leverages modern property technology platforms to streamline operations, improve tenant experience, and enhance portfolio performance.

This role sits within the operations function and supports the continued optimization and integration of core systems including Yardi, Procore, Microsoft 365, and Adobe. The Software & Operations Associate will act as a key operational support resource, helping bridge property management workflows with technology-driven solutions. This is a highly hands-on role ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within real estate operations and systems management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation, customization, and ongoing management of Yardi Voyager and Procore platforms.
• Support integration efforts across operational software systems including Microsoft 365 and Adobe tools.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day system and workflow issues across property management and operations teams.
• Support property management functions including lease renewals, tenant ledger review, and document organization.
• Develop, document, and maintain standardized process workflows across operational systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data entry, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to senior leadership as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across multiple operational platforms.
• Assist in improving system utilization and adoption across departments.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience with business system implementations, integrations, workflow automations, and/or operational process improvements.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work onsite in an office environment.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, Information Technology, or related field.
• Prior exposure to Yardi Voyager and/or Procore strongly preferred.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or construction operations a plus.
• Interest in growing within real estate operations and technology systems management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to support reporting and data-driven decision making.
