Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Financial Analyst to support deal execution, financial modeling, and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and a growing foundation in real estate finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create tailored client presentations, pitch decks, reports, and marketing materials to support transactions and business development
- Build and maintain financial models for sale-leasebacks and other net lease structures
- Analyze market data and corporate financials to generate strategic insights and underwriting support
- Manage due diligence processes and verify transaction data for accuracy
- Conduct business development research and maintain client databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, real estate, or a related field
- NY real estate salesperson license required within a specified time after hire
- Working knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and basic real estate fundamentals
- Financial modeling experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to clearly present findings
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
