Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paid Media Associate to support the execution and organization of paid social advertising campaigns for a leading media and publishing organization. This role will be responsible for coordinating campaign assets, maintaining documentation, and supporting paid media initiatives across multiple subscription-based publications.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has hands-on experience working within Meta Ads Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage paid media assets including creative, copy, URLs, and campaign details.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative stakeholders to gather campaign materials and ensure timely execution.
- Create, launch, and monitor paid social campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
- Support testing of ad creatives, messaging, and campaign variations.
- Maintain detailed campaign documentation and historical records of updates and changes.
- Track project timelines and manage deliverables across multiple campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across campaign assets and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2 years of experience supporting paid social campaigns or digital marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience using project management tools such as Airtable, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of paid media, digital marketing, or campaign management experience.
- Advanced understanding of Meta campaign structure, including campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
- Experience working in a high-volume marketing or advertising environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
