Why this role
Support the marketing and business development engine of one of Florida's leading real estate and estate planning firms. You'll work directly with the Sr. Director of Business Development & Marketing, a team of BD Directors, and BPE's attorneys — helping execute campaigns, create content, coordinate events, and keep the marketing operation running cleanly. This is a role for someone who's equal parts organized and creative — comfortable juggling spreadsheets and social posts, calendar invites and event setup.
What You'll Do
Marketing operations. Handle daily administrative work that keeps the marketing department functioning — calendars, timelines, spreadsheets, databases, and inventory tracking. Support the Sr. Director in organizing and executing marketing projects and initiatives. Prepare presentations for internal and external audiences.
Content and digital. Draft, edit, and publish content for BPE's website, social media, and email campaigns. Write and assist with marketing collateral — brochures, press releases, blog posts, advertisements. Coordinate attorney bios, business cards, nametags, and headshots. Ensure everything aligns with firm branding and professional advertising standards.
Events and BD support. Assist with planning and executing promotional events, seminars, training sessions, and digital campaigns. Support BD Directors with training logistics — registration, technical setup, hosting, recordings. Attend events to help keep things running smoothly. Handle event communications end-to-end: invitations, reminders, post-event materials.
What We're Looking For
You're highly organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable switching gears — from polishing a presentation deck to setting up an event registration page to drafting a social post, all before lunch. You write clearly and cleanly, and you can match BPE's professional tone. You're comfortable with Microsoft Office, common social platforms, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar). You pick up new software quickly. You take pride in clean spreadsheets, tight calendars, and flawless event execution.
Bonus points for: prior marketing or BD experience at a law firm, title company, or professional services firm; graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite); HubSpot or CRM experience; video/photo editing basics; event planning experience; or bilingual English/Spanish.
Role logistics
This role includes occasional evening or weekend events — firm-hosted, community, or industry events where the Marketing team supports on-site execution.
