Berkshire County Arc has an exciting opportunity for a Director of the Adult Family Care (AFC) program. Make a true difference in people’s lives while enjoying a challenging and exciting career.
The Director will oversee the Adult Family Care program, collaborative agency initiatives, service delivery & navigation. The Director will also oversee all data management and reporting to Department of Developmental Services and Mass Health and any other pertinent funders. This position will have a presence on the local, regional and state level in all areas pertaining to AFC, while also working collaboratively with the Family Support Department.

Job Requirements
- A Master's Degree in a relevant healthcare discipline field with 3 years of recent professional healthcare experience working with elders or adults with disabilities. OR a Licensed Registered Nurse with at least 5 years recent experience working with individuals with disabilities (At least one year in a supervisory or administrative position).
- Proficiency in understanding MassHealth regulations relating to Adult Foster Care preferred.
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
