In this position, your primary focus will be to work with the Chief Human Resources Officer to ensure that all HR processes run smoothly and are in full compliance. The HR department has a terrific team of dedicated professionals that support each other, the Agency, and the people we serve.
Use your excellent HR, people, organizational, management and communication skills to hit the ground running for this fast-paced busy position.

As a back-up to the CHRO the Assistant Director of Human Resources assists in the development & implementation of policies and programs relating to all phases of human resources activity. You will touch every aspect of HR regularly using your experience in all areas of HR including Compliance, Workers Comp, PFML, Recruiting, Benefits Admin., Employee Relations & more to help this amazing department.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3 years HR experience managing people and programs.
SHRM/HRCI certification a big . Excellent communication, people, and leadership skills needed.
Strong computer skills a must. HRIS experience a plus.
- Any Non-profit or Human Service experience is a plus.
