Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Five-Week Program Directors, the Scheduling Assistant is responsible for using student registration information to build, print, and distribute academic schedules. The person in this role is also responsible for processing requests for schedule changes with respect to class availability, student capacity limits, and program scheduling policies. If needed, this role might be asked to assist with fielding general academic inquiries from parents and students.
Essential Duties:
Schedule: 9a - 5p Monday through Friday, with a paid hour for lunch from 1p - 2p

Essential Duties:
- Organizing student registration information/preferences to build individualized academic schedules
- Distributing academic schedules to all Five-Week students
- Responding to requests for schedule changes and amending schedules based on availability and program policies
- Fielding general academic inquiries from parents and students via email and/or phone
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
- Solid clerical and administrative skills
- Capacity to develop and maintain effective working relationships with individuals and organizations reflecting a broad range of identities, perspectives, and experiences
- Proficiency with both Mac and PC platforms
- Experience in music education (preferred)
Schedule: 9a - 5p Monday through Friday, with a paid hour for lunch from 1p - 2p
- You must be fully available for the following dates: Sunday July 5th, Monday July 6th, Tuesday July 7th
