Medical Call Center / Temp (Katy, Texas)

This position has been created to provide coverage for several maternity leaves in the Katy location. It is a temp position but may lead to a regular FT opportunity.

We seek an individual with pleasant & professional communication skills to assist with incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments and insurance verification.

The Call Center representative will be part of a team that sets the tone for the patient experience by directing incoming calls to the proper party or assists them in scheduling appointments for office visits with our 6 physicians.

Qualified candidates will have medical office experience including in-depth knowledge of insurance plans, strong data entry skills and the ability to work in a "not so quiet" working environment. In addition, they should truly enjoy assisting people and be committed to making sure the patient needs are met. English/Spanish fluency a plus.

This is a Full-time Temp position.
Office Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8am – 5pm
Tuesday: 7:30am – 4pm
Friday: 7am – 1pm

Our Temp positions off a premium hourly rate and the opportunity to earn an assignment completion bonus.

Posted pay range is an estimate. Actual compensation for this position is based on skillset and depth of experience.
