Together we can make a difference.Benefits:We offer a generous benefit package including:Vacation and PTO timePaid Holidays401k with profit sharingMedical, Dental and Vision insurance.Employee Assistant ProgramFSA and HSA PlansLife InsuranceOpportunities for AdvancementPaid TrainingEmployee Referral ProgramEmployee DiscountSummaryAssures proper control of the parts inventory and related administrative functions.Location: Triad Truck Equipment PottstownEssential Duties:Places daily parts orders.Stocks and posts incoming orders.Assists parts manager and/or inventory manager in processing weekly stock orders.Notify appropriate parties when special-order parts arrive.Serves as back-up for parts team as needed.Updates electronic parts files.Maintains up-to-date price list.Compiles stock control reports such as consumption rate and current market conditions, to determine stock supply and need for replenishment.Provides necessary information to the warranty department to allow prompt filing of parts warranties.Reviews files to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess stock.Ensures that credits are received for returned parts.Returns parts as needed and removes from inventory after credit is received.Returns cores in a timely manner and follows up for receipt of credit.Matches purchase orders and invoices, approves, and forwards to accounting office.Files company copies of parts counter invoices.Assists in preparing and performing cycle counts.Assists in parts returns.Assists with parts department telephone coverage.Assists counter people with check, insurance, and credit card processing when possible.Updates and maintains BOM accuracy in Arcadium and Excede.Create kits to streamline process.Keeps parts area clean and uncluttered.Maintains professional appearance.Other tasks as assigned.Position Requirements:Must have a valid driving license and successfully complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening.Education and or Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Bergey’s is an Equal Opportunity Employer
