Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing
- Assemble furniture with precision, craftsmanship, and adherence to quality standards.
- Inspect, repair, and refine products to ensure superior quality.
- Use digital tracking systems to log production data and maintain workflow accuracy.
- Safely operate specialized machinery, hand tools, and production equipment.
- Package and prepare finished products for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical or operational issues.
- Apply ergonomic and safety best practices in all tasks.
Distribution
- Handle and transport furniture efficiently within the distribution center.
- Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and industrial vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Maintain product integrity through careful handling and quality control.
- Organize warehouse materials to support smooth operations and timely shipments.
Team & Growth
