Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a mowing crew on a daily basis
- Ensure all properties are serviced according to company quality standards
- Operate and oversee the use of mowing and trimming equipment
- Manage daily routes for efficiency and timeliness
- Train and develop crew members on proper procedures and expectations
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality control
- Communicate with management regarding job progress, issues, or customer concerns
- Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Assist with loading/unloading equipment and daily preparation
- Identify and report equipment repairs or service needs
Skills
