Summer Temp - Human Resources Admin Assistant

This is a temporary summer position that will end on August 20, 2026. The starting pay for this position is $13 per hour.

The Human Resources Admin Assistant - Summer Temp will support the HR team in the coordination of the Summer Temporary Hiring Program. This role will assist with administrative tasks related to post-offer processes, onboarding, orientation, and off-boarding. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, have strong communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and an interest in human resources or administrative support.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed for summer temporary employees
• Manage the completion of on-boarding paperwork and ensure compliance with HR policies
• Support and coordinate the execution of temporary new hire orientation
• Complete the off-boarding process for summer temps
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of on-boarding and off-boarding paperwork
• Complete employee file digitization project, converting paper records into the electronic filing system
