- Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday or iCIMS.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Support employee evaluation processes by gathering performance data, preparing documentation, and assisting with performance management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry in HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro; ensure data integrity for workforce management and reporting purposes.
- Help administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation claims, and leave management such as FMLA compliance.
- Contribute to employee relations efforts by assisting with conflict management initiatives and communication strategies to promote a positive work environment.
- Support HR projects related to change management, organization design, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and strategic workforce planning.
- Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles with exposure to human capital management systems such as Paychex, ADP, or Dayforce is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations (OSHA compliance included), benefits administration, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in data collection, project management, and handling confidential information accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within fast-paced environments using tools like Salesforce or Kronos for timekeeping and scheduling.
- Knowledge of recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems such as Taleo or Lever will be an advantage.
