Job Title: Supply Chain PM

Role Overview:
BEPC Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to support complex, cross-functional initiatives for a key customer in the aerospace and defense sector. This role focuses on driving integrated supply chain performance, ensuring on-time delivery, and leading strategic recovery and improvement efforts across operations, sourcing, engineering, and customer teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage high-visibility programs with autonomy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of integrated supply chain projects supporting customer programs
• Ensure on-time product delivery and drive resolution of past-due orders
• Act as escalation point for supplier, site, and customer-related issues
• Develop and implement recovery plans, continuous improvement initiatives, and long-term solutions
• Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and provide detailed status reports to leadership and customers
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across operations, sourcing, engineering, and program teams
• Lead internal and customer-facing meetings to communicate progress and action plans
• Drive communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
• Support customer ramp-up planning including staffing, training, tooling, and capacity readiness
• Conduct supplier engagement activities, including site visits and performance reviews
• Utilize SAP, Excel, and enterprise tools to analyze data and improve delivery performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6–8 years of experience in project management, supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Strong experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting defense or government customers (e.g., Army, DoD)
• Background in aerospace, manufacturing, or sustainment operations

• Duration: 05/25/2026 to 11/20/2026
• Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid work environment)
• Pay Rate: $72 – $75/hr
• Occasional travel to other sites may be required
• Must be local to Phoenix, AZ
