Role Overview

BEPC is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s Hillsboro Technical Operations (HTO) organization. This site plays a critical role in global drug product manufacturing, supporting component preparation, formulation, aseptic fill/finish, inspection, packaging, and distribution.

In this role, you will support and lead cross-functional projects related to Fill/Finish operations—a strategic focus area for the site. Projects may include process optimization, capacity expansion, technology implementation, and infrastructure improvements supporting reliable supply and long-term manufacturing capability.

You will act as a key partner in ensuring that projects are properly scoped, planned, resourced, and executed according to established timelines, budgets, and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects within the site portfolio.
• Ensure project scope, resource requirements, timeline, and budget are accurately defined and maintained.
• Support the health of the project portfolio by proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, and tools in alignment with site project management standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Manufacturing, MSAT, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, PT Global MSAT, PT Strategy, and corporate groups.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, technical assessments, workshops, and project workstreams.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and coordination to cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support projects spanning CAPEX, facility refurbishment, sustainability, new technologies, reliability improvements, and operational innovation.
• Communicate effectively across all levels, using agility and resilience in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Industrial, or related field.
• 5 years of project management experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry, including GMP exposure.
• Experienced in project scoping, planning, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, team facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred

• Advanced degree or Project Management certification (PMI).
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills; capable of driving alignment across diverse teams.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated industry, hospital, or clean-room environment.
• Understanding of engineering principles and facility operations.
• Ability to support both strategic initiatives and detailed task-level project activities.
