Work Location: Onsite
Contract: W2 Length (12-months, Onsite with possible extensions)

Shift: :00 AM - 2:30 PM, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C, C2H will not be considered
Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Operator II to support the production of high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing cell environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong manual dexterity, solid manufacturing experience, and the ability to follow detailed procedures in a highly regulated setting. Work may be performed in a controlled cleanroom environment and includes assembly, inspection, testing, repair, and packaging of medical devices and related components.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble cardiovascular medical devices and related components according to documented procedures
· Perform detailed assembly tasks that may include electronic assembly, mechanical assembly, casting/coating, adhesive bonding, and packaging
· Operate production equipment and machinery safely and effectively
· Use microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering tools, and other specialized equipment as needed
· Perform visual inspections and precision measurements on parts and finished assemblies
· Conduct testing using computerized test equipment
· Repair and rework devices or components using microscopes and applicable tools
· Package finished products accurately and ensure all required documentation is complete
· Maintain accurate production records, travelers, shop floor paperwork, and quality documents to support traceability and quality compliance
· Clean tools and equipment according to documented procedures
· Dispose of hazardous waste in designated hazardous waste areas
· Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment during operations
· Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality
· Communicate material needs, supply shortages, and production issues to the supervisor or lead
· Partner with leadership to support individual goals and team performance metrics
· Help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· High school diploma required
· 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or related production experience required
· Experience working with small parts and components in a detail-focused environment
· Ability to read, understand, and follow English written procedures at a 6th-grade level
· Ability to speak, understand, and communicate effectively in English
· Basic math skills at a 6th-grade level
· Comfortable using electronic data collection systems and computer software
· Strong hand dexterity and fine motor skills for handling small components
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow based on timing and importance
· Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision
· Experience in cleanroom, medical device, regulated manufacturing, or inspection environments is a plus.
USOPS
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
