Material Handler

Location: On-site; Tucson, AZ
Employment Type: 1 YEAR - W2 Contract | Full-Time | 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $21.17/hour, including shift differential

Role Overview

BEPC is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support our client’s third-shift operations. This role is responsible for the safe and accurate movement, storage, and tracking of materials while ensuring production teams have the supplies they need to maintain efficient operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced material handling environment. Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the movement, organization, and storage of materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory tracking activities.
• Deliver materials and supplies to production teams as needed.
• Safely operate material handling equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including the movement of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and logistics team members.
• Identify material or inventory issues and assist with timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or related experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Ability to work the required overnight schedule consistently.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Contract Details

• Schedule: Sunday night through Thursday night
• Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Shift: 3rd Shift / Overnight
• Pay Rate: $20- $21.17/hour
• Location: On-site
