BEPC has an open position for a Material Handler – 2nd Shift in Londonderry, NH

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)

BEPC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler II to support a fast-paced production and warehouse environment on 2nd Shift. This role is responsible for the accurate movement, packaging, and handling of materials while maintaining safety, quality, and inventory standards. The ideal candidate has prior material handling or warehouse experience and thrives in a structured, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical material handling tasks including receiving, unloading, storing, picking, labeling, packaging, and shipping materials.
• Assemble company products into complete kits or packages, including software, medical/pharmaceutical products, PC boards, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Complete packaging-related activities such as labeling, operating small production equipment, counting and sorting materials, and building or breaking down boxes.
• Execute basic computer transactions and scanning activities for receiving, put-away, transfers, kitting, shipping, and returns.
• Maintain accurate records to meet company and government compliance standards.
• Conduct cycle counts and document results according to site procedures.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) after completing required training.
• Support production operations and meet internal and customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while meeting productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s Degree preferred).
• 1–3 years of related material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required.
• Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, vibration, and moderate noise levels.
• Safety shoes with impact and compression protection are required.

Skills Required

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with inventory systems, scanning devices, and basic computer transactions.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, security, and quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• Basic experience using Oracle systems.
• Familiarity with warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution processes.

Contract Details

• Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
• Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Duration: 3-month contract with potential for extension or permanent placement
• Work Location: Onsite – Londonderry, NH
