BEPC has an open position for a Manufacturing Technician II – 2nd Shift in the St. Louis, MO area Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Pay Rate: $22-$24.61/hr (Paid Weekly) Term: 12-month contract with possible extensions or permanency based on performance Shift: M-F 2PM–10:30PM **Training: 1st shift (6AM–2:30 PM)**
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1 - 3 years of Manufacturing / SAP / Aseptic Techniques
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate processing equipment such as Filter Integrity Testing systems, Watson Marlow pumps, Autoclaves, and High Throughput Bag Lines
- Deliver products to the warehouse using a motorized pallet jack
- Perform production operations including hand fill, equipment preparation, aseptic gowning, and qualification
- Clean and sanitize equipment and manufacturing suites after production runs
- Coordinate waste disposal and ensure compliance documentation is accurately completed
- Communicate the status of operations and escalate deviations to supervision
- Execute batch records in SAP and ensure all applicable logbooks are accurately maintained.· Follow all production procedures, safety policies, and quality standards
- Appropriately use, clean, and store personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Label in-process equipment and containers correctly
- Identify and resolve unsafe conditions and participate in safety initiatives
- Support Manufacturing Technician I activities and maintain clear communication and documentation
- Perform In-Process assays and support dispensing and packaging of complex products
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years of manufacturing experience.
- Some college coursework or an Associate degree preferred.
- Experience with Aseptic Techniques.
- Familiarity with SAP systems.
- Osmometer or pipetting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of chemistry, mathematics, and science.
- Experience in safe chemical handling methods.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated timeliness, punctuality, and a strong commitment to quality work.
- Must wear steel-toed shoes on-site.
- Proven record of stable job history with demonstrated longevity and reliability
