Role Overview:
BEPC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our client’s team. In this role, yu will perform critical production and setup operations, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety and aseptic standards. You will prepare materials, set up equipment, complete batch documentation, and support overall production success in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Shift Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Training will be on first shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production equipment, including Filter Integrity Testing, Watson Marlow Pumps, Autoclaves, and High Throughput Bag Lines.
- Perform aseptic filling, equipment preparation, and gowning procedures.
- Deliver materials to the warehouse using a motorized pallet jack.
- Execute and document production processes using SAP and batch records.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and manufacturing suites post-production.
- Label in-process equipment and containers accurately.
- Dispose of waste in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct in-process assays and support packaging of technical products.
- Report equipment or process deviations to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in training activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to punctuality
- Stable work history (no job-hopping)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college or Associate degree
- 1 years of manufacturing experience
- Experience with SAP systems
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques, osmometer use, and pipetting
- Basic understanding of chemistry, mathematics, and safe chemical handling
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must wear steel-toed shoes on-site

- Type: Temp-to-Perm potential
- Location: 100% On-Site at Broadway Facility
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Training: First shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
