Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite)

Employment Type: W2 3 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $48.00 - $60.00/hour

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Role Overview

BEPC Inc. is seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to support our customer’s Aerospace Government Sourcing organization. This role is responsible for evaluating supplier pricing, conducting market research, and establishing fair and reasonable pricing for commercial products and services supporting government contracts. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations, and experience developing strategic pricing recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and price analysis to evaluate supplier pricing for commercial products and services.
• Analyze comparable commercial offerings to establish fair and reasonable pricing benchmarks.
• Apply FAR and DFARS regulations to ensure compliance across all pricing activities.
• Support pricing strategies for FAR Part 15 proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Develop detailed pricing analyses utilizing financial principles, market data, and analytical methodologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, proposal teams, engineering, procurement, and subcontract specialists.
• Present pricing recommendations and insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify pricing risks and opportunities while developing innovative solutions to complex pricing challenges.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prepare documentation supporting fair and reasonable pricing determinations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, price analysis, FP&A, finance, accounting, or related disciplines.
• Experience working within FAR and DFARS regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop creative and strategic pricing solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within aerospace, defense, or government contracting industries.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 15 proposal pricing requirements.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience conducting supplier price analysis and market benchmarking.
• Ability to present complex pricing concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Contract Details

• Pay Rate: $48.00 - $60.00/hour
• Schedule: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Location: 100% Onsite
• Time Reporting: Weekly time entry through designated timekeeping system
• Employment Type: Contract
