BEPC is actively looking for PLC Controls Engineer II, in Mason, OH area!
W2 Contract – 6 months with possible extensions!

Pay Rate: $ 45.00 – $ 50.00 /hour - Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)
Work Model: Onsite (when not traveling)

Summary of the Role:
BEPC is seeking a highly motivated PLC Controls Engineer II to join our client’s site in Mason, OH. This role will support the commissioning and testing of automated material handling systems, including high-speed sortation, scanning, and merging applications. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, travel-intensive role.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in PLC programming, HMI development, and system commissioning.
- Support project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams.
- Help develop technical documentation (QA/QC, test plans).
- Participate in BUAT/UAT/FAT testing and post-installation support.
- Contribute to customer training and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Up to 4 years of experience in controls engineering or material handling.
- Exposure to Allen-Bradley PLCs and Wonderware Aveva Edge (or similar HMI platforms).

- Experience or interest in post and parcel operations.
