W2 Contract – 1 year with possible extensions!

Pay Rate: $26.49 - $47.64 /hour - Determined based on experience

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) - Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Flexible)

3 years project management including risk management, project reporting, and delivering quantitative and qualitative results in complex environments.

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our client’s site in Indianapolis, IN. This role will support operations technical transfer projects by developing and executing comprehensive project plans, managing resources, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks. The Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to define scopes, objectives, and deliverables, while ensuring close alignment across teams. The role will also lead cross-functional collaboration, coordinate project activities, and drive management decisions to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive operations technical transfer project plans, considering timelines, budgets, and resource management.
• Monitor and control project execution.
• Monitor and mitigate risk.
• Proactively identify and report any projected risks to overall targets or timelines as well as potential mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements/improvement potential.
• Drive close alignment with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years project management including risk management, project reporting, and delivering quantitative and qualitative results in complex environments.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment for medical or pharmaceutical products.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate project related activities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheets, and/or Monday.com.
• Ability to manage projects with ambitious milestones.
• Ability to escalate and drive management decisions in relation to project execution and resource needs.
• Project Management specific training and/or certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong business acumen and dedication to operational excellence.
• Excellent communication on different levels, ability to address challenges in an environment with divergent interest.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and to align diverse interests towards a common goal.
