BEPC is seeking a highly motivated HR Systems Integration Manager to join our client’s site in Arvada, Colorado. This role will support the integration of HR systems into Oracle HCM. The position is pivotal in aligning HR processes, data, and systems while preserving unique culture. The Manager will collaborate across the organization and with external partners to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing system optimization..
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of HR systems from Workday to Oracle HCM, focusing on modules such as compensation, recruiting, performance management, and requisitions.
- Map critical data fields between platforms and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Serve as a backup for benefits and payroll functions.
- Provide project management oversight, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system efficiency throughout the integration process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR systems, with a strong background in compensation and benefits
- Hands-on experience with Workday is required.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and data presentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and geographies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CCP certification.
- Oracle HCM experience.
