Bent Tubes is searching for a driven full-time Weekday Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team of experts in Neenah, WI. In this position, you'll earn $19 per hour and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
Your schedule will be Monday through Wednesday and alternating Thursdays, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed. This weekday shift gives you long weekends and a predictable routine, perfect for balancing work and life.
Each day, you will stock incoming products onto shelves, pick and pull parts for customer orders with precision, and coordinate logistics and shipment details with carriers like UPS, FedEx, SpeeDee, and LTL. You will break down skids from incoming shipments and ensure products are delivered to the right inventory locations, departments, or personnel. You will operate a forklift (with training provided), enter data into computer systems, and help maintain accurate inventory records. Your day will include scheduling outbound shipments, entering customer ASN data on various portals, and supporting continuous improvement and quality objectives. You will participate in cross-training opportunities, adhere to established company policies, and actively contribute to our vision, mission, and values. The work environment is dynamic, hands-on, and will require you to be on your feet, using your strength, communication skills, and attention to detail throughout your shift.

- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prioritization and deadline management
- Professional communication skills

- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 pounds, bending, standing, twisting, pulling, and reaching above your head
