AS OUR PRODUCTION LINE WORKER, YOU WILL:
- Work part-time for up to 28 hours per week. We operate 7 days a week from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Follow directions from the plant manager and coordinate with your team to meet deadlines and create high-quality parts
- Assemble equipment materials and bend tubes according to customer requirements
- Wear safety equipment, follow all safety procedures, and comply with quality standards
- Operate forklifts, saws, CNC machines, brazing machines, power tools, and more
- Inspect completed parts and complete detailed documentation
- Identify parts that don't conform to expectations
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
- Attend training and cross-training sessions to learn other parts of the production process
- Complete other duties as assigned
DO YOU BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
While experience would be great, it's not required for this entry-level role. Forklift certification would be a bonus! Here's what you'll need:
- 18 years of age
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing responsibilities, and meet all deadlines
- Ability to coordinate with a team and build positive relationships
- Ability to use equipment such as saws, crimpers, and CNC machines
- Ability to read and follow technical documents and work instructions
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Basic math skills with the ability to accurately read tape measures and digital calipers
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills and the ability to type 25 wpm
- Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow safe work practices
