Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Director to serve as our on-site expert. This role is critical to ensuring project success through hands-on involvement in inspections, job walks, and direct customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and job walks to ensure quality and compliance.
• Meet with key customers to maintain strong relationships and address project needs.
• Participate in production meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Develop detailed job scopes and collaborate with the estimating team.
• Oversee job management and provide on-site supervision to ensure timely completion.
• Act as the primary field expert, offering guidance and solutions to operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field operations, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of job site safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and job scopes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
