Key Responsibilities
- Perform field inspections and job walks to ensure quality and compliance.
- Meet with key customers to maintain strong relationships and address project needs.
- Participate in production meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Develop detailed job scopes and collaborate with the estimating team.
- Oversee job management and provide on-site supervision to ensure timely completion.
- Act as the primary field expert, offering guidance and solutions to operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field operations, construction, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of job site safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and job scopes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
