You will coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and municipalities to manage timelines, permits, installations, and financial tracking with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate signage projects from initiation to final installation and billing.
- Manage site surveys, production timelines, permit applications, and installation schedules.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Interpret municipal codes and submit permit applications, including handling variances.
- Track project billing, issue purchase orders, and coordinate with accounting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and alignment.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Design, Construction Management or a related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural signage, construction, environmental graphics, or related industries.
Your Skills
- Strong project coordination and scheduling abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox, and project management tools.
- Ability to read architectural plans and ensure compliance with signage codes.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
