What You'll Do
As an RN, you'll play a vital role in helping residents achieve their highest level of health, comfort, and independence by:
- Assessing resident conditions and developing individualized plans of care
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring resident progress and responding to changes in condition
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Providing compassionate care and support to residents and families
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Leading and mentoring nursing support staff
What We're Looking For
Required
- Active RN License
Preferred
- Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
