What You'll Do
As a CNA, you'll help residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life by:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Responding promptly and compassionately to resident needs
- Supporting resident mobility and transportation throughout the facility
- Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition
- Promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Building meaningful connections with residents and their families
- Working collaboratively with nurses and the clinical team to provide exceptional care
What We're Looking For:
Required
- Active CNA Certification or willingness to become certified upon hire. We can help with this!
Preferred
- Previous healthcare or long-term care experience
New Grads Welcome!
