What You'll Do
As an LPN at Bennett Hills, you'll play a key role in providing high-quality nursing care and enhancing the lives of residents by:
- Assessing and monitoring resident conditions
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Providing skilled nursing care with compassion and professionalism
- Collaborating with physicians, RNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Supporting and mentoring nursing assistants to ensure excellent resident care
- Promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
Qualifications
Required
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
Preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care
