Core Functions:
- Run winding equipment and complete material changeovers according to job specifications.
- Collect, verify, and log production and quality-related information with attention to accuracy.
- Prepare and secure completed goods for shipment following job instructions, using appropriate transport tools such as powered or manual handling devices.
- Support the team lead during equipment startups, setting changes, and job transitions, including accessing elevated areas to make mechanical adjustments.
- Work collaboratively with other team members by assisting with measurements, changeovers, and packing tasks.
- Stage packaging materials ahead of time to ensure smooth handoff to the next shift.
- Maintain clean and orderly workspaces across production, storage, and common areas.
- Demonstrate full understanding of safety controls, emergency shutdown systems, and required protective measures.
- Comply with and actively uphold food safety and hazard control standards.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as required.
