Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and verify product quality of all orders
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on issues that cause downtime and waste, correcting data collection and job specifications as necessary.
- Provide training and development opportunities for new and existing employees.
- Communicate goals and objectives and motivate employees to achieve company standards.
- Coach employees for performance improvement and inform
- Proactively participate in continuous improvement and training initiatives.
Requirements:
- High School (or GED equivalent) required.
- Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Leadership abilities to motivate a team and earn the respect
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
