Job Duties:
- Answer inbound Specialty line.
- Assist with Specialty outreach calls to members.
- Contact Specialty members with payment related issues.
- Process member payments for Specialty orders
- Refund and adjust member’s account as needed for Specialty orders.
- Generate patient outreach letters with Specialty related issues.
- Other tasks/duties as assigned.
- Previous healthcare and/or pharmacy technician experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) experience and skills
- Must have exceptional interpersonal, phone and organizational skills.
- Must be detail oriented, dependable and motivated.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills necessary
- Possess an acute attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
- The ability to communicate in a concise and professional manner.
