Benecard PBF is seeking a Project Manager, you’ll be the steady force that turns ideas into well-executed outcomes. Working closely with the PMO Manager and cross functional partners, you’ll lead projects across the organization from definition through delivery—owning scope, timelines, risks, and communication every step of the way. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex work, holding teams accountable with empathy, and keeping multiple initiatives moving forward without losing attention to detail. Success means delivering high quality projects on time, earning stakeholder trust, and creating clarity in moments of ambiguity.
Hybrid or Remote work is Not available for this role. This role is required on-site in either Bonita Springs FL or Mechanicsburg PA - Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Define and manage project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables using established company processes and tools.
- Develop and maintain short‑term and long‑term project plans, including milestone tracking and deadline management.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle to meet defined standards and expected outcomes.
- Build and manage project plans with clearly defined timelines and milestone commitments.
- Evaluate business documents and workflows to translate needs into clearly defined requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project artifacts that support transparency and informed decision‑making.
- Facilitate working sessions with business and technical stakeholders to define functional requirements, workflows, use cases, and process impacts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and addressing concerns.
- Lead and facilitate cross‑functional project meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Prepare, maintain, and present accurate, timely project status reports for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Independently identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple projects or concurrent initiatives, escalating matters as appropriate based on established guidelines.
- Make critical decisions throughout the project lifecycle by evaluating options, weighing risks and benefits, and considering stakeholder input.
- Motivate and influence project team members to achieve objectives while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Hold self and team members accountable for deadlines, commitments, and deliverables.

Required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2 years of proven project management experience in a similar role is required
- Ability to transform ambiguous requirements into clear project plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn and manage detailed processes and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills.
- Use of tools such as JIRA, SharePoint or similar is preferred
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or managed care industry.
- Familiarity with formal project management methodologies, tools, or best practices.
