Shipping Associate

At Benecard Central Fill the Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately preparing medication orders for shipment. The Shipping Associate ensures correct documentation, proper packing materials, and verified shipping information to support timely and accurate deliveries in a fast‑paced environment.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Print, organize, and include required documents with packed medication orders
• Accurately pack orders using approved packing materials and shipping methods
• Verify order accuracy using packing and shipping software
• Confirm member name, shipping address, and carrier prior to shipment
• Manifest and label outbound shipments correctly
• Expedite priority or urgent orders as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment
• Restock workstation with packing and printing supplies when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Order fulfillment or shipping experience would be preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Rate: $17.39-$18.31

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, M-F In Office
