You'll likely have:
- A STEM degree (chemical engineering, materials science, chemistry)
- 2-4 years in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, or industry R&D
- Strong customer-facing skills — comfortable presenting, coaching, and managing relationships
- Familiarity with scientific software (ELNs, LIMS, data tools) or willingness to learn fast
- Comfort building something from scratch in an ambiguous, high-velocity environment
