Benchmark Therapies is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Physical Therapists to join our team at Green Ridge Village, a welcoming senior living community in Newville, PA.
This is a great opportunity for PTs who enjoy working with older adults and want to help residents stay strong, confident, mobile, and independent. At Benchmark, our approach is patient-first and therapist-driven, giving our clinicians the opportunity to use their judgment, focus on meaningful goals, and provide care that truly makes a difference.
You’ll be part of a collaborative therapy team that values relationships, communication, and quality care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized physical therapy services based on each resident’s needs and goals
- Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Use your clinical judgment to develop thoughtful, resident-centered plans of care
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
- Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing
- A genuine interest in working with older adults
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
- A compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach
- Someone who values being part of a supportive and collaborative team
