Full-Time & Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant

Benchmark Therapies is looking for Full-Time and Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to join our therapy program at Asbury Riverwoods, a welcoming senior living community offering Personal Care and Independent Living.
This is a great opportunity for a PTA who enjoys working with older adults and wants to make a meaningful difference in their everyday lives. You’ll help residents maintain mobility, safety, confidence, and independence while building genuine relationships with the people you serve.

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled treatment based on each resident’s needs and goals
- Help residents improve mobility, balance, strength, safety, and overall quality of life
- Support residents in staying active and as independent as possible
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
- Collaborate with residents, families, staff, and other members of the care team
- Contribute to a positive and supportive therapy environment
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing
- A genuine interest in working with older adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach
