What you will have an opportunity to do: At Skamania Lodge, you’ll be part of a vibrant team that keeps our guestrooms and treehouses sparkling. Whether you’re stocking cozy essentials or lending a hand to teammates, you’ll play a key role in creating memories that last a lifetime—all while enjoying a workplace that values both hard work and fun. Your Role: - Clean all areas of the guestrooms and treehouses. - Stock guestrooms with linens and essential amenities. - Maintain housekeeping cart by cleaning and stocking daily. - Assist guests and fellow Associates as needed. - Utilize Zello for communication. - Keep work areas clean and organized. - Report any maintenance repairs observed using HotSOS. - Assist House Attendants with maintaining stations and public corridors. - Assist guests and other staff members as needed. Qualifications: - This position requires no formal education. - Six months of job-related experience preferred. - A valid driver’s license preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: Housekeeping experience desirable Neat, pleasant personality Time management skills Ability to work on feet for an extended period Ability to communicate effectively Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions. Ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, detect odors, position and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces; operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads and dusters.
