- Handle cash transactions accurately using cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or repairs needed
- Keep the facility organized and stocked with supplies such as detergents, fabric softeners, and cleaning materials
Experience
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; a friendly attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with dry cleaning or laundry processes is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
