Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings.
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the Ben Kinney Team Idaho to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
